Working with the press

We are always glad to hear from journalists, editors, producers and media partners. We work with a range of publications and outlets, from national and international titles to specialist and regional press, and we assess each enquiry individually, with the same discretion we extend to every guest of the house.

Because Eleven is operated akin to a private house rather than a traditional hotel, the privacy of our guests always comes first. Guests are never named publicly and bookings are never published, so some requests may be handled quietly or declined where they would compromise that privacy. We will always be honest with you about what we can and cannot accommodate.

• photography, filming and location requests (subject to approval);
• imagery, fact-checking and background information for a piece;
• partnerships, listings and awards submissions.

Professional photography, filming and commercial content are subject to our prior written approval and to the terms set out in our Booking Terms & Conditions.
